Alkalize or Die

As more research I make, as more and more I get the proof that FOOD is one of the most important things. Food has a huge impact for our cells, and so for our body.


I was reading a very interesting book by Theodore A. Baroody with the title: Alkalize or Die



The concept is easy and based on the following equation:
ALKALINE FORMING = ENERGY
ACID FORMING = DIE

The book is simple and contains also a list of vegetables and fruits regarding the alkaline and acid values. Hard to find such a source, that's for sure.

The ration should be 80:20 - what means, 80% alkaline forming and 20% acid forming.

You can measure your bodies pH value with so called pH sticks. A good value should be around 6.4 to 6.5. But keep in mind, every measure you take is just a value to a specific time and date. 

I really like the book - especially for the alkaline / acid ranking of the food.
